The man charged in connection with the death of a Steuben County toddler made a brief appearance in court Thursday morning. Dakota Miller, 22, is charged with second-degree assault. Police said Miller beat Ian Maniske-Huff inside his home last week while the toddler was under his care. Time Warner Cable News reporter Wendy Mills has more.
